Whilst the advisory board members will not be directors of the company the owner or manager can use the service to obtain sound financial advice in a more formal atmosphere.
This program works for many owners or managers who find the experience of operating a business rather lonely. The advisory board structure allows you to consider the strategic direction of the business, to “bounce” ideas and to allow you to work more ‘on your business’ rather than ‘in your business’.
